10%, 11%, 12%, 13% all bunk, causing gpu resets, bluescreens, shutdowns etc. 1%-9% no worries, all numbers climbing quite well. Raised clocks and memory, no problems, decided for higher cloaks and memory, so raised the power. There really aren't any optimal gpu OC settings as every gpu is different and react differently.
